Rise Networks is a premier Data Science, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence Powered Learning, Research, and Work Readiness Company based in Lagos, Nigeria. We are dedicated to driving youth skills development, digital transformation, and governance innovation in alignment with the Fourth Industrial Revolution. We are currently seeking a passionate, analytical, and highly organized Programmes Associate to support the design, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of initiatives focused on climate action, clean energy, and environmental sustainability across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of energy, climate, and environmental programmes.
- Conduct desk research and prepare intelligence briefs on climate change, renewable energy, and sustainability trends.
- Assist in developing project proposals, concept notes, reports, presentations, and policy briefs.
- Coordinate stakeholder engagements, workshops, conferences, and training sessions with government and private sector partners.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
- Collect, analyze, and document programme data to support monitoring, evaluation, and learning activities.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in programme coordination, research, climate action, sustainability, or a related field.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; a Master's degree or professional certification is an added advantage.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with project management tools.
- Demonstrated knowledge of renewable energy, climate policy, ESG, or sustainable development goals.
