About the Role
Ren San & Co., a boutique management and business support service firm, is seeking a results-driven Senior Operations Manager for our luxury property operations in Abuja. In this senior leadership role, you will act as the primary operational authority, taking full ownership of day-to-day functions, facility standards, and team performance to deliver an exceptional five-star hospitality experience from day one.
Key Responsibilities- Take full, independent ownership of daily operations across all departments, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, security, and kitchen.
- Set rigorous standards for professionalism, accountability, and operational excellence, leading by direct example.
- Own the end-to-end guest experience, personally handling escalated requests and conducting unannounced property inspections.
- Build, document, and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operational checklists.
- Supervise, mentor, and direct multi-departmental staff, resolving disputes swiftly and fairly.
- Prepare accurate operational reports, monitor costs, and support budgeting and strategic planning.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in hospitality operations, hotel management, or luxury serviced apartment oversight, with 2 to 3 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-departmental teams and facility operations with minimal supervision.
- Prior exposure to property renovation or remodelling supervision is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, with a proactive approach to management.
- Must be based in Abuja and available for full-time, on-site work with flexible hours.
