About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Programme, Planning and MEP Manager to join our curious and driven team in Nigeria. In this dual-focus leadership role, you will oversee master construction scheduling using Primavera P6 and hold overall MEP delivery authority across our residential blocks and estate infrastructure. Key Responsibilities- Develop, own, and maintain the master construction programme using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project, issuing regular 3-week look-ahead schedules to the team.
- Identify critical path activities, flag schedule risks immediately, and lead discussions on recovery options during weekly project reviews.
- Coordinate with construction managers, fit-out managers, and site engineers to track actual progress and model the impact of proposed variations.
- Hold overall MEP delivery authority on site, managing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, solar power, and IT systems.
- Chair weekly MEP coordination meetings and oversee MEP shop drawings, product submissions, and commissioning schedules.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 14 years of combined programme planning and MEP experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- COREN registration and membership in professional bodies such as NSE or PMI are strongly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and deep technical knowledge of building services disciplines.
- Proven track record of managing MEP on fast-track, multi-building residential or commercial projects.
