About the Role
The Moment of Truth Talent Series is a dynamic business reality show aimed at empowering underrepresented entrepreneurs, disabled innovators, and student founders. We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Programme Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end execution, academic quality, and operational profitability of our incubation cohorts and training tracks in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Lead strategic planning, scheduling, and execution of incubation and training cohorts from curriculum mapping to graduation.
- Source, recruit, and manage external facilitators, guest lecturers, and industry mentors to ensure high teaching standards.
- Implement participant retention strategies and run evaluation audits to achieve high cohort completion and satisfaction rates.
- Manage operational budgets and direct delivery costs to maintain target programme margins.
- Supervise logistics execution and partner with cross-functional teams to align curriculum modules with venture creation milestones.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in programme management, instructional delivery, or cohort operations within the Nigerian tech, incubator, or education ecosystem.
- Proven track record of managing operational budgets, facilitator networks, and cohort progression pipelines.
- Advanced proficiency with Learning Management Systems, Google Workspace, project management tools, and virtual delivery platforms.
- Strong financial literacy alongside exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Competitive gross monthly salary of N450,000.
- Monthly work allowance of N60,000.
