Key Responsibilities- Assist the head chef with daily food preparation, ingredient chopping, and meal assembly according to quality standards.
- Maintain immaculate kitchen hygiene, ensuring all surfaces, equipment, and utensils are sanitized and compliant with health regulations.
- Manage time efficiently to ensure prompt food preparation and support smooth daily kitchen operations.
- Organize food storage areas, pantry supplies, and refrigerators systematically to prevent spoilage and waste.
- Handle kitchen waste disposal responsibly and adhere strictly to safety protocols at all times.
- Must have good knowledge of food preparation, basic culinary techniques, and kitchen hygiene standards.
- Demonstrated good time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a diverse team in a high-end wellness establishment.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to tasks.
- Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment is an added advantage.
