We are currently looking for a talented and driven Art Director to join our growing marketing agency team in Lagos, Nigeria. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our visual storytelling, responsible for transforming brand strategies into compelling, high-converting creative campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences and meet rigorous international agency standards.
Key Responsibilities- Elevate creative standards by taking full ownership of the team's visual output, ensuring every deliverable meets elite agency benchmarks.
- Streamline operational workflows by building and enforcing structured post-production timelines to eliminate creative bottlenecks.
- Mentor, guide, and review junior art directors and graphic designers to cultivate a high-performing, collaborative creative unit.
- Lead creative direction during strategic client briefings and oversee onsite production shoots in Lagos when required.
- Proven professional experience as an Art Director within a fast-paced media, advertising, or creative agency environment.
- A stellar and comprehensive portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design, strong brand identity, and successful campaign direction.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and elevating team performance.
- Exceptional project management abilities with a proven capacity to set, manage, and consistently hit tight deadlines.
- Ability to attend physical client meetings and lead onsite production operations in Lagos seamlessly.
