About the Role
The Moment of Truth Talent Series is a dynamic business reality show empowering underrepresented entrepreneurs, disabled innovators, and student founders by providing them with the resources needed to turn their visions into reality. We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Programme Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end execution, academic quality, and operational profitability of our incubation cohorts and training tracks in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the strategic planning, scheduling, and execution of all incubation and training cohorts from curriculum mapping to post-cohort retrospectives.
- Source, recruit, audit, and onboard external facilitators, guest lecturers, and industry mentors while managing their performance.
- Implement proactive participant retention strategies and run evaluation audits to maintain high completion rates and satisfaction scores.
- Oversee total programme operational budgets, cost efficiency, and resource allocation to achieve target direct programme margins.
- Supervise operations staff and partner with cross-functional teams to align curriculum modules with venture creation milestones.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in programme management, instructional delivery, or cohort operations within the Nigerian tech, incubator, or education ecosystem.
- Proven track record of managing operational budgets, facilitator networks, and cohort progression pipelines.
- Advanced proficiency with Learning Management Systems, Google Workspace, project management tools, and virtual delivery platforms.
- Strong financial literacy for managing direct project margins alongside exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Competitive gross monthly salary of N450,000.
