About the Role

Pricepally is revolutionizing the African food supply chain by connecting farmers, manufacturers, and wholesalers directly to consumers. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Programme Associate to provide structured coordination, administrative, and analytical support for the effective delivery of our programme activities. In this role, you will help translate approved plans into organized actions, accurate records, and timely follow-ups to drive impactful decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the preparation, consolidation, and periodic updating of programme workplans, implementation calendars, and action trackers.
  • Organize internal and external programme meetings, prepare briefing materials, and maintain accurate action logs.
  • Maintain an orderly electronic and physical filing system for approved plans, reports, agreements, and activity evidence.
  • Assist programme teams in maintaining complete participant, activity, and output records within required reporting timelines.
  • Coordinate approved travel, venue, accommodation, and logistical arrangements for programme activities while promoting value for money.
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding, confidentiality, accessibility, and ethical-conduct standards across all assigned responsibilities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Agriculture, or a related discipline.
  • At least four (4) years of progressively responsible experience in programme coordination, project administration, or operations support.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting workplans, meetings, activity logistics, and action tracking in a structured organization.
  • Familiarity with Nigeria's agriculture, food systems, livelihoods, or market-development context is a distinct advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills, sound judgment, attention to detail, and a service-oriented approach.
