About the Role
Corona Management Systems (CMS) is a social enterprise dedicated to solving complex global challenges by leveraging community assets, data use, and ICT. We provide technical and management support for innovative programs in health, education, and social development across sub-Saharan Africa. We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Programme Associate to join our dynamic team and help drive our mission forward.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end project planning, delivery, and reporting on time and within budget with minimal supervision.
- Manage external engagements with clients, consortium partners, government bodies, and key stakeholders in the public health ecosystem.
- Oversee internal and external human resource management, including talent acquisition and team capacity building.
- Drive new business development by identifying strategic opportunities, conducting stakeholder engagement, and leading proposal development.
- Implement quality management systems, standard operating procedures, and best practices across all strategic engagements.
- Support marketing, outreach, and thought leadership efforts to enhance organizational visibility.
- Advanced degree in Public Health, Public Policy, Statistics, Economics, International Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in public health consulting, project management, global health, and research in low- and middle-income countries.
- Demonstrated experience working with government agencies and familiarity with leading global health players.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with knowledge of French or Portuguese as an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills with proven experience managing diverse, multicultural teams.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
