About the Role

An event can look beautiful and still say nothing. We are seeking a detail-oriented Programme and Agenda Associate to shape the conversations, speakers, sequence, and timing that make our client experiences truly meaningful and impactful across Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design comprehensive event programmes, detailed run-sheets, and engaging session agendas that align with client objectives and ethical standards.
  • Curate, invite, brief, and manage high-profile speakers, panelists, and moderators for diverse corporate and community gatherings.
  • Collaborate closely with internal strategy and logistics teams to ensure seamless timing, transitions, and flawless event execution.
  • Conduct thorough research on industry trends, topical issues, and potential content themes to elevate the quality of event discussions.
  • Oversee on-site programme flow, managing speaker green rooms, stage timings, and real-time adjustments as required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, Humanities, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in event programming, project management, content curation, or a similar corporate role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail and narrative flow.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholder relationships under pressure.
