About the Role
Imadeforte Holdings Limited is a dynamic Nigerian consulting, advisory, and multi-sector group headquartered in Lagos. We deliver strategic guidance and investment management across critical industries including healthcare, technology, and real estate. We are currently seeking a visionary Product Manager with strong technology leadership experience who can also double as a CTO. In this pivotal hybrid role, you will combine product management expertise with hands-on technical leadership, managing our talented tech team while spearheading digital innovation in the healthcare technology sector.
Key Responsibilities- Define and execute the comprehensive product vision and strategy aligned with digital healthcare transformation in Nigeria.
- Lead, guide, and mentor the internal technology team, including software developers, engineers, QA specialists, and DevOps professionals.
- Own the complete product lifecycle from initial ideation, UX design, and development to market launch and continuous iteration.
- Ensure scalable, secure, and fully compliant technology architecture across all digital platforms.
- Conduct thorough market research and seamlessly integrate customer insights into data-driven product decisions.
- Develop robust go-to-market strategies while actively tracking user adoption, platform usage, and revenue generation.
- Report directly on critical KPIs including user adoption, retention, revenue, system uptime, and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (an MBA is considered a strong plus).
- 5 to 7 years of professional experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a dedicated tech leadership or CTO capacity.
- Proven professional background working within Fintech or high-growth technology companies.
- Strong, demonstrated knowledge of modern software architecture, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and cybersecurity best practices.
