About the Role
KNOSK N100/25cents A-Day Charity Secondary School is designed to enable children from the poorest households, underserved communities, and out-of-school children, especially girls, to access and complete quality secondary school education. We are currently seeking a proactive, organized, and results-driven Program Officer to support the planning, coordination, implementation, and documentation of our life-changing educational initiatives and community activities.
Key Responsibilities- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of school programmes, community projects, and educational activities.
- Coordinate daily programme operations, activity schedules, logistics, and stakeholder engagements.
- Maintain accurate programme records, attendance logs, and comprehensive documentation.
- Facilitate effective communication with beneficiaries, partners, volunteers, and community leaders.
- Assist with data collection, monitoring, and evaluation to measure programme impact.
- Prepare timely activity reports, updates, and required documentation for management.
- Support the seamless organization of workshops, training sessions, campaigns, and school events.
- Identify operational challenges and proactively recommend practical, efficient solutions.
- Assist with basic budgeting, procurement, and resource planning for programme activities.
- Minimum of an OND or NCE; a Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Project Management, or Business Administration is an advantage.
- At least 1 to 2 years of proven experience in programme coordination, project management, NGO operations, or the education sector.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools.
