We are currently seeking a vigilant and dedicated Patrol Officer to join our dynamic team in Lagos, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and operational excellence across our client locations.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and monitor security guards during day and night patrols to ensure optimal performance and alertness.
- Handle emergency incidents swiftly and effectively in accordance with company protocols.
- Supervise security operatives to guarantee adherence to approved procedures, maintaining exemplary professional appearance and conduct.
- Coordinate security personnel to ensure strict conformity with company standard operating procedures and dress codes.
- Recommend actionable improvement policies and procedures derived from direct field observations.
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in a similar security role, with paramilitary experience serving as a distinct advantage.
- Proficiency in driving both cars and riding motorcycles, backed by a valid driver and rider license.
- Strong communication and writing skills for effective reporting and team coordination.
- In-depth knowledge of the Lagos environment and local terrain.
