About the Role
ISN Medical is seeking an experienced Program Manager to spearhead the execution of transformative healthcare programs and strategic initiatives across Federal and State levels in Nigeria and West Africa. As a key catalyst in our mission to provide healthcare practitioners and patients with innovative medical diagnostics solutions, you will build and manage strategic partnerships that strengthen healthcare delivery systems, expand patient access, and drive measurable health outcomes across the region.
In this pivotal role, you will coordinate and engage diverse stakeholders including government agencies, healthcare institutions, professional associations, NGOs, donor organizations, pharmaceutical companies, and private sector partners. You will drive ecosystem collaboration, facilitate strategic partnerships, support market access initiatives, and translate strategic priorities into tangible, results-driven outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead execution of high-impact healthcare programs and strategic initiatives at Federal and State levels
- Build and manage partnerships across government, healthcare institutions, NGOs, and donor agencies
- Coordinate diverse stakeholders to ensure successful program implementation
- Develop and execute strategic partnership initiatives
- Support market access and health systems strengthening efforts
- Manage program budgets and resources effectively
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on program outcomes and impact
- Mobilize resources and develop compelling funding proposals
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Public Health, Health Sciences, Biological Sciences, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field (minimum second class upper)
- Master's Degree in Public Health (MPH), Business Administration (MBA), Healthcare Management, Health Economics, or International Development (strongly preferred)
- Proven expertise in partnership and stakeholder management
- Strong program management and execution capabilities
- Deep understanding of healthcare ecosystems and health systems
- Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills
- Experience with monitoring, evaluation, and proposal development
- Project management certification (PMP, Prince2) is advantageous
- Background in pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, or healthcare preferred
