About the Role
Ren San & Co. is a boutique management and business support service firm specializing in strategic solutions for organizations and corporations across various industries. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Manager to support our leadership team in driving high-impact initiatives, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the successful execution of diverse organizational programs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide hands-on execution support for program activities, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely delivery of outcomes.
- Oversee the grant application and implementation process, including funding opportunities, proposal preparation, and donor compliance.
- Design and implement monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) frameworks to track progress, analyze data, and assess impact.
- Coordinate the delivery of events, workshops, and project-related activities, ensuring seamless logistics and high-quality standards.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and beneficiaries to foster collaboration and enhance visibility.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and ensure proper documentation of all project activities for transparency and knowledge sharing.
- Uphold strict data protection regulations and maintain absolute confidentiality when handling executive and personal information.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
- Previous proven experience in program management, coordination, or non-profit/NGO sectors.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
