About the Role
Stanbic IBTC Holdings PLC, a leading end-to-end financial services group in Nigeria, is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Client Service Officer to join our dynamic branch network in Ogun State. In this role, you will serve as a primary escalation point for clients and frontline personnel, ensuring that all service requests, inquiries, and complaints are acknowledged, understood, and efficiently resolved within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will play a crucial part in delivering a seamless, positive client experience while identifying opportunities for cross-selling and product migration.
Key Responsibilities- Handle telephonic and in-person customer queries efficiently, providing accurate information regarding bank products and services.
- Receive, manage, and perform daily balancing of ATM cards in strict adherence to laid-down policies and procedures.
- Process value transactions within authorized limits and maintain meticulous records of all customer source instructions.
- Log and manage customer complaints on the appropriate remedy applications, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and actively participate in tactical sales and marketing activities to drive business growth.
- Minimum of a First Degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant branch banking experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of bank products, compliance procedures, and financial services regulations.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with a high level of emotional intelligence and composure.
- Strong technical competencies including active listening, telephone etiquette, risk identification, and deep consumer banking product knowledge.
