About the Role
LOPTERRA is looking for a strategic, proactive, and results-oriented Program Manager to lead the effective delivery, monitoring, and continuous improvement of our development and protection programs in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the planning, implementation, and review of assigned programs ensuring delivery within timelines and budgets.
- Ensure all activities align with GBV, safeguarding, survivor-centered, and trauma-informed programming principles.
- Monitor program execution, manage implementation risks, and utilize data to enhance quality and impact.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with government institutions, civil society organizations, and community stakeholders.
- Contribute to fundraising efforts, concept notes, grant proposals, and donor reporting.
- Collaborate with the MEL function to track indicators, outcomes, and progress against targets.
- Prepare high-quality reports, case studies, and documentation of program achievements.
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Development Studies, Social Sciences, Gender Studies, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of progressive program management experience within NGOs or international development.
- Demonstrated expertise in gender-based violence prevention, women's rights, and protection programming.
- Strong understanding of survivor-centered approaches and trauma-informed principles.
- Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, donor reporting, and grant implementation.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
