About the Role
Eastern Plains Integrated Farms Limited (EPIFL) is a leading integrated agribusiness enterprise located in Igbariam, Anambra State, Nigeria. Focused on large-scale poultry production, we deliver high-quality poultry products to meet the growing protein needs of Nigerian households and businesses. We are currently seeking a dedicated and analytical Inventory Officer to join our dynamic supply chain team.
Key Responsibilities- Track and monitor daily inventory levels, ensuring absolute accuracy in all stock records and databases.
- Conduct routine physical stock counts, cycle counts, and thoroughly reconcile any inventory discrepancies.
- Coordinate seamlessly with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to facilitate timely stock replenishment.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal inventory control policies, safety protocols, and industry food safety standards.
- Generate detailed inventory reports to support management decision-making and minimize stock holding costs.
- HND or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.
- Professional training or certification in Inventory or Warehouse Management (e.g., CILT, APICS) will be a distinct advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in stock tracking, conducting inventory audits, and financial or physical reconciliation.
- Proficient in using modern inventory management software and familiar with agricultural supply chain best practices.
