About the Role

We are currently looking for a dynamic Program Delivery and Learning Experience Manager to ensure technical and business programs are delivered consistently, practically, and to a measurable standard.
Key Responsibilities- Review and adapt curricula to align with learner and employer needs across various industries.
- Develop robust program delivery plans, calendars, assessments, and student milestones.
- Support instructor selection, onboarding, and continuous readiness.
- Coordinate classes, workshops, learning materials, equipment, and assessments seamlessly.
- Observe teaching sessions and provide actionable feedback and coaching to instructors.
- Track student attendance, performance, progression, and completion rates.
- Establish consistent assessment and competency standards aligned with industry expectations.
- Monitor the overall learner experience and analyze student feedback for improvements.
- Maintain comprehensive quality assurance records and documentation.
- Prepare insightful dashboards and reports on program and student performance.
- Identify performance gaps and implement continuous program improvements.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external training partners.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, Educational Management, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in program delivery, academic operations, TVET, workforce development, or learning and development.
- Proven experience translating existing curricula or training frameworks into structured delivery plans.
- Demonstrated success monitoring instructor performance and providing coaching.
- Strong understanding of learner assessment, competency measurement, and performance tracking.
- Experience managing multiple courses, cohorts, instructors, or delivery partners.
- Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Background in TVET, apprenticeships, skills training, or employer-led learning is strongly preferred.
