iLEAD AFRICA is seeking a passionate, creative, and purpose-driven Program Associate for the iLEAD AFRICA Impact Associate Program 2026. As a leading nonprofit harnessing digital technology to empower marginalized communities, we offer an exceptional platform for emerging Nigerian professionals to gain hands-on experience in digital advocacy, policy innovation, and community development. You will play a vital role in raising active digital citizens capable of leveraging digital tools for social change.
Key Responsibilities- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of youth development and civic participation initiatives.
- Assist in organizing capacity-building workshops, digital advocacy campaigns, and community outreach programs.
- Collaborate with the team on policy innovation projects focusing on digital inclusion and AI for social impact.
- Draft project reports, impact stories, and engaging content for digital communication channels.
- Engage with community stakeholders, partners, and participants to ensure successful program delivery.
- Strong passion for social impact, civic engagement, democracy, and technology in Nigeria.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Proactive mindset, creativity, and a strong willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative hybrid team.
- Prior volunteering, internship, or professional experience in the nonprofit sector is an added advantage.
