About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Program Assistant to join our team in Nigeria. In this role, you will provide vital administrative, logistical, and programmatic support to ensure the successful implementation of our sexual and reproductive health initiatives across target locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track and update AIM-MNCNH activities across 16 states using approved trackers, ensuring all project documentation and manuals are current.
  • Coordinate planning, travel, lodging, and logistics for domestic and international meetings, advocacy events, and virtual sessions.
  • Compile weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, process invoices, and maintain robust electronic and hardcopy filing systems.
  • Collate state-level data, update Action Plan Trackers, and assist staff in reviewing and analyzing project data.
  • Support the Knowledge Management Advisor and Senior Communication Officer in coordinating media engagements and documenting success stories.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in program coordination, report writing, logistics management, and administrative support within NGOs or donor-funded projects.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting health projects, preferably RMNCH, MNCH, or advocacy programs.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and strong database management skills.
  • Professional fluency in English with exceptional organizational, planning, and multi-tasking abilities.
