Key Responsibilities- Provide visionary strategic leadership, overseeing overall business operations and performance to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies that drive profitability, market expansion, and sustainable client acquisition.
- Oversee rigorous risk management, financial performance monitoring, budgeting, and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Ensure strict compliance with statutory requirements, regulatory standards, and corporate governance frameworks.
- Build, nurture, and maintain high-value relationships with key stakeholders, regulators, shareholders, and strategic partners.
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a diverse, multidisciplinary management team to achieve exceptional performance targets.
- Drive continuous innovation, process optimization, and enhanced service delivery across all operational touchpoints.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Accounting, Economics, or a related professional discipline.
- Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., ICAN, ACIPM, or equivalent) will be a distinct advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive professional experience, with at least 5 years in a senior executive or leadership role.
- Demonstrated track record of successful business growth, financial management, and organizational transformation.
