Key Responsibilities- Provide visionary academic and administrative leadership within the Department of Nursing Science.
- Teach, mentor, and supervise undergraduate and postgraduate nursing students.
- Drive impactful research initiatives and secure grants to advance the field of nursing science.
- Contribute significantly to curriculum development, program accreditation, and quality assurance.
- Engage in community service and institutional advancement initiatives that promote healthcare development.
- Must possess a Ph.D. in Nursing Science or a closely related discipline from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 9 years of post-Ph.D. academic and research experience.
- Must have served as a Reader (Associate Professor) for a minimum of 2 years.
- Demonstrated record of academic excellence with at least 25 scholarly publications in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
