As a Professor, you will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping the curriculum, mentoring the next generation of healthcare professionals, and advancing our academic reputation both nationally and internationally.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide visionary leadership in teaching, research, and community service within the Faculty of Medical Laboratory Science. Design and deliver engaging undergraduate and postgraduate courses, ensuring alignment with global medical laboratory standards. Spearhead innovative research initiatives and publish high-impact scholarly articles in reputable academic journals. Actively mentor junior faculty members and successfully supervise postgraduate students to the completion of their degrees.
QualificationsCandidates must currently hold the rank of Professor. Applicants must present a robust academic portfolio comprising at least twenty (20) scholarly publications, of which sixteen (16) must be in print, with a minimum of four (4) published in at least three (3) distinct, regularly published foreign index journals. Demonstrated evidence of the successful supervision of at least three (3) Master's degrees and one (1) Ph.D. degree to completion is strictly required.
