Key Responsibilities- Provide strong academic leadership within the College of Nursing Science and contribute to curriculum development.
- Teach, mentor, and supervise undergraduate and postgraduate nursing students in maternal and child health.
- Conduct high-impact research and publish scholarly articles in reputable peer-reviewed local and international journals.
- Engage in community service initiatives and foster institutional partnerships to enhance the university's profile.
- Participate in departmental and university-wide committees to support administrative governance and academic standards.
- Must possess a PhD in Maternal and Child Health Nursing or a closely relevant discipline.
- A minimum of ten (10) years of cognate university teaching, research, and academic leadership experience.
- A substantial and verifiable record of publications in reputable peer-reviewed outlets.
- Demonstrated expertise in postgraduate teaching and thesis supervision.
- Current professional registration and a valid practising licence with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.
