We are looking for an accomplished scholar and dynamic academic leader dedicated to advancing teaching, research, and community service within our growing faculty.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strong academic and professional leadership in the Department of Human Physiology.
- Teach, mentor, and inspire undergraduate and postgraduate students in the field of Human Physiology.
- Initiate, design, and supervise impactful research projects and clinical studies.
- Contribute significantly to curriculum development and departmental advancement.
- Publish scholarly articles in reputable peer-reviewed national and international journals.
- Engage in administrative duties and community development initiatives as assigned by the university.
- Must possess a Ph.D. degree in Human Physiology or a closely related relevant field.
- A minimum of twelve (12) years of full-time teaching and research experience in a recognized tertiary institution.
- Demonstrated ability to initiate, secure grants for, and supervise major research projects.
- A robust portfolio of significant peer-reviewed scholarly publications in reputable national and international outlets.
- Active membership in relevant professional bodies and associations.
- Proficiency in ICT with demonstrable competence in digital learning tools and academic software.
