Key Responsibilities- Provide strong academic and administrative leadership for the Department of Haematology and Blood Transfusion Science.
- Engage in high-impact teaching, curriculum development, and mentorship for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Supervise postgraduate research projects and contribute significantly to institutional research output.
- Publish cutting-edge research in reputable peer-reviewed local and international journals.
- Foster collaborative research partnerships and engage in community development initiatives.
- Must possess a PhD in Haematology, Blood Transfusion Science, or a closely related relevant discipline.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of cognate university teaching and research experience.
- Demonstrated record of outstanding academic leadership and substantial publications in reputable peer-reviewed outlets.
- Extensive experience in postgraduate teaching, supervision, and curriculum design.
- Current professional registration and a valid practicing licence where applicable.
- Proficiency in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
