Key Responsibilities- Provide exemplary academic and administrative leadership within the Department of Estate Management.
- Design, update, and deliver comprehensive undergraduate and postgraduate curricula in line with global best practices.
- Conduct high-impact research and publish scholarly articles in reputable local and international peer-reviewed journals.
- Mentor junior faculty members, graduate assistants, and students to foster a culture of academic rigor.
- Drive digital transformation in teaching, learning, and research processes within the department.
- Participate actively in departmental, college, and university-wide committees, community service, and academic board meetings.
- Possess a good Ph.D. with a specialization in Estate Management or a closely related discipline.
- Must have a minimum of twelve (12) years of post-qualification, full-time relevant teaching and research experience in a tertiary institution.
- Demonstrated track record of strong academic leadership, administrative competence, and mentorship.
- Robust portfolio of relevant publications in reputable local and international journals.
- Possess strong digital skills and a modern pedagogical orientation tailored to contemporary estate management practices.
