Key Responsibilities- Demonstrate strong knowledge of IGCSE and WAEC curriculum content in the assigned subject area.
- Deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the IGCSE and WAEC curriculum.
- Teach students using a variety of effective instructional strategies to promote active learning.
- Plan engaging lessons and prepare effective learning materials.
- Assign regular classwork, homework, and assessments to evaluate students understanding.
- Monitor students progress and provide regular feedback.
- Prepare students for internal and external examinations.
- Maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
- Implement academic policies and the subject curriculum to ensure students receive the highest standards of education.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education in History or a relevant subject area.
- Teaching qualification such as PGCE, PGDE, TRCN, or equivalent is strongly preferred.
- Proven professional experience teaching IGCSE and WAEC curricula.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
