Key Responsibilities- Provide visionary academic leadership in teaching, curriculum development, and research within the Department of Computer Science.
- Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate student research projects, theses, and dissertations.
- Publish high-impact research regularly in reputable peer-reviewed local and international journals.
- Facilitate departmental linkages with industry partners to enhance practical ICT learning and graduate employability.
- Participate actively in departmental, faculty, and university-wide administrative duties and committee work.
- Possession of a PhD in Computer Science or a closely related relevant field from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 2 years of active academic service as an Associate Professor.
- A robust research portfolio comprising at least 25 peer-reviewed journal publications in reputable outlets, including a minimum of 5 publications indexed in Scopus or Web of Science.
- Demonstrable high-level ICT proficiency and active membership in relevant professional bodies.
- Must possess a mandatory NYSC discharge certificate or an official exemption certificate.
