Key Responsibilities- Provide academic leadership in the Department of Computer Science through innovative teaching, curriculum development, and mentorship.
- Conduct high-impact research, publish in reputable peer-reviewed journals, and secure external research grants.
- Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate student research projects, theses, and dissertations.
- Collaborate with industry partners to foster technological innovation and practical learning opportunities for students.
- Participate in departmental, faculty, and university-wide committees to contribute to institutional growth and administrative duties.
- Promote academic integrity and maintain high standards of pedagogical delivery across all programs.
- Must hold a PhD in Computer Science or a closely related computing discipline from a recognized and accredited university.
- Demonstrated record of extensive teaching experience at the university level, preferably holding an existing professorial rank or senior readership.
- Strong portfolio of academic publications in high-impact, indexed journals.
- Proven ability to mentor junior academic staff and successfully supervise postgraduate students.
