Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and practical laboratory sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate Computer Science students.
- Develop and update curriculum materials, course outlines, and innovative assessment methods aligned with industry standards.
- Conduct high-impact research, publish findings in reputable peer-reviewed journals, and secure academic grants.
- Supervise undergraduate and graduate student research projects, dissertations, and academic theses.
- Provide academic advising, mentoring, and career guidance to students to ensure their holistic development.
- Participate actively in departmental, faculty, and university-wide committees, administrative duties, and community service initiatives.
- Must be a PhD holder in Computer Science or a closely related relevant discipline from a recognized and accredited university.
- Demonstrated record of scholarly publications in reputable peer-reviewed academic journals.
- Proven teaching experience at the tertiary education level with a strong commitment to pedagogical excellence.
- Membership in relevant professional computing bodies (such as CPN, NCS, IEEE, or ACM) will be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse academic environment.
