We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Lecturer I in Nursing to join our esteemed faculty and contribute to our high standards of teaching and research.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and practical sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate nursing students.
- Develop, update, and review nursing curriculum materials to reflect current medical and educational standards.
- Supervise undergraduate research projects, clinical placements, and student dissertations.
- Conduct high-impact research and publish findings in reputable peer-reviewed academic journals.
- Provide academic counseling, mentorship, and career guidance to nursing students.
- Participate in departmental meetings, university committees, and institutional accreditation processes.
- Must hold a PhD in Nursing or a closely related relevant discipline from a recognized and accredited university.
- Demonstrated record of academic publishing and active research interests.
- Professional registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) with a valid practicing license.
- Previous teaching experience in a tertiary institution will be an added advantage.
