Provide strong academic and administrative leadership within the College of Nursing Science.
Teach, mentor, and supervise undergraduate and postgraduate nursing students in community health nursing.
Conduct high-impact research and publish scholarly articles in reputable peer-reviewed local and international journals.
Design, review, and update curriculum content in line with NUC guidelines and global best practices.
Collaborate with faculty members on departmental development, community outreach programs, and institutional advancement initiatives.
Participate in academic committees, departmental meetings, and university-wide events.
Qualifications
Must possess a PhD in Community Health Nursing or a closely related relevant discipline from a recognized and accredited university.
Minimum of ten (10) years of cognate university teaching, research, and administrative experience.
Demonstrated record of substantial publications in reputable peer-reviewed outlets.
Proven track record of successful postgraduate teaching and thesis supervision.
Current professional registration and a valid, up-to-date nursing practising licence.
Proficiency in ICT tools and modern e-learning management systems.
Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
