Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging nursery-level lessons focused on basic literacy, numeracy, and phonics.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages children's social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a peaceful and productive learning atmosphere.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and school management.
- Organize creative and extracurricular activities, including arts, crafts, and educational play.
- Minimum of an NCE in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent classroom management abilities.
- Must be patient, caring, creative, and deeply passionate about working with young children.
- Proficiency in teaching basic literacy, numeracy, and phonics.
- Previous teaching experience in a recognized nursery or primary school will be an added advantage.
