Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and interactive lessons aligned with the approved primary school curriculum.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning atmosphere.
- Assess, monitor, and record students' progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Supervise students during school activities, break times, and boarding-related engagements when required.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and school management to organize school events and extracurricular activities.
- Integrate Christian values and moral teachings into daily classroom interactions and lessons.
- Minimum of an NCE (Nigeria Certificate in Education) or B.Ed in Education or a relevant academic field.
- Proven teaching experience within a primary school setting is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage young learners effectively.
- Exceptional classroom management and organizational skills.
