Key Responsibilities- Provide strong academic and professional leadership in the Department of Business Administration.
- Teach, mentor, and supervise undergraduate and postgraduate students, including Ph.D. candidates.
- Initiate, coordinate, and lead high-impact research projects aligned with national and international development goals.
- Contribute significantly to curriculum development, department administration, and university community service.
- Publish scholarly articles in reputable peer-reviewed national and international journals.
- Possession of a Ph.D. degree in Business Administration or a closely related field.
- Minimum of twelve (12) years of full-time teaching and research experience in a university environment.
- A robust portfolio of peer-reviewed scholarly publications in reputable local and international outlets.
- Active membership in relevant professional bodies.
- Proficiency in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) with demonstrable competence in digital learning tools.
