Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and interactive lessons aligned with the approved primary school curriculum.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and curiosity.
- Assess, monitor, and record students' progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a focused and disciplined learning atmosphere.
- Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, staff meetings, and professional development workshops.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school administration to improve teaching strategies and student outcomes.
- Minimum of SSCE, NCE, B.Ed, HND, or BSc in Education or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Proven experience working with primary school children in a structured educational setting.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Must reside within the designated job location or in nearby, easily accessible areas.
