Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and comprehensive English language and literature lessons in accordance with established curricula.
- Assess, monitor, and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to support individual learning needs.
- Create a stimulating, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment that encourages active student participation.
- Design and develop instructional materials, lesson plans, and assessment tools to enhance learning outcomes.
- Participate in departmental meetings, school events, and parent-teacher conferences to discuss student development.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to students, fostering critical thinking and effective communication skills.
- Possession of a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), B.Sc., or HND in English, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of verified teaching experience in a recognized educational setting.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage students and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
