Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, high-quality instruction in agronomy and related agricultural sciences at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
- Lead innovative research initiatives, secure competitive research grants, and publish findings in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
- Mentor junior faculty members and supervise postgraduate student research.
- Collaborate with industry partners and stakeholders to translate academic research into practical, real-world agricultural solutions.
- Contribute to curriculum development and foster an interdisciplinary, research-driven academic environment.
- Represent Cosmopolitan University at national and international academic conferences and professional bodies.
- Hold a PhD in Agronomy or a closely related field from a reputable, accredited university.
- Possess a minimum of 10 years of extensive academic experience in teaching and research at a tertiary institution.
- Demonstrate a robust publication record in high-impact, reputable journals.
- Possess a proven track record of successfully securing research grants and driving industry collaborations.
