In this role, you will empower the next generation of scientists and researchers by delivering engaging, practical training programs across specialized modern disciplines, bridging the gap between academia and industry demands in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate engaging, hands-on training sessions in specialized areas such as Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Scientific Data Analysis, and Biotechnology Innovation.
- Deliver comprehensive modules on Laboratory Quality Management, AI Tools for Scientific Research, and Scientific Research & Publication.
- Mentor and coach students and young professionals, guiding them through practical projects and real-world applications.
- Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure successful skill acquisition and career readiness.
- Collaborate with the academic team to continuously improve curriculum delivery and learning materials.
- Relevant academic degrees and/or professional qualifications in Biological Sciences, Laboratory Science, Bioinformatics, or related fields.
- Demonstrable practical and industry experience in laboratory sciences, data analysis, or life sciences innovation.
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with the ability to simplify complex scientific concepts.
- Prior experience in teaching, training, mentoring, or coaching is highly desirable.
- Relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.
