About the Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and analytical Professional Sourcing Specialist to support our account sourcing managers within the EMEA region. In this dynamic role, you will help execute comprehensive sourcing strategies, drive supplier compliance, and deliver measurable financial savings while working in a collaborative multinational environment.
Key Responsibilities- Support the execution of sourcing strategies set by the Client Account Sourcing Manager.
- Develop and implement initiatives relating to compliance, cost savings, consolidation, sustainability, and business innovation.
- Conduct RFQs, RFPs, RFX processes, evaluations, and manage e-auctions using systems like Bravo (Jaggaer).
- Manage, maintain, and grow strong supplier and internal stakeholder relationships.
- Identify and mitigate business risks through effective sourcing and adherence to JLL contracting standards.
- Monitor supplier performance KPIs through regional JLL systems and track hard savings and cost avoidance.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience working as a Buyer, Procurement, or Sourcing Specialist within Facilities Management, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, or Estate Management.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages such as Polish, French, or German is a distinct advantage.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and commercial acumen with proven procurement and e-auction experience.
- Excellent organizational, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, negotiation, and supplier performance management.
- Proficiency in PC tools, particularly Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
