About the Role
Seven-Up Bottling Company, a leading multinational beverage manufacturer, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Plant Security Manager (North) to ensure the safety and security of our premises, employees, visitors, and assets. In this critical leadership role, you will oversee all security operations across our northern manufacturing plants, driving robust safety protocols and protecting our people and investments.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and evaluate potential security threats, conducting regular risk assessments and developing effective mitigation strategies.
- Create, implement, and enforce comprehensive security policies, procedures, and protocols aligned with industry best practices.
- Supervise, mentor, and train security personnel to ensure peak operational readiness and foster a culture of vigilance.
- Oversee emergency response plans, conduct regular drills, and lead the coordination during security incidents or breaches.
- Manage access control systems, monitor facility entry points, and prevent unauthorized access.
- Oversee security vendor contracts, evaluate performance, and manage the regional security budget efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field. Retired or former military and ex-police personnel with equivalent experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in security management within an industrial, plant, or manufacturing setting is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of legal security requirements, emergency response planning, and risk assessment methodologies.
