We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Worker to help drive our manufacturing operations and ensure the timely delivery of exceptional products.
Key Responsibilities- Operate various printing and branding machinery, including heat presses, large format printers, and screen printing equipment.
- Prepare materials, substrates, and garments for the printing process to ensure optimal quality output.
- Inspect finished merchandise meticulously for defects, ensuring all items meet company quality control standards.
- Package and label finished products accurately for dispatch, pickup, or delivery to clients.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the production floor.
- Collaborate effectively with the design and customer service teams to meet tight production deadlines.
- Possession of relevant academic qualifications or professional training in a related field.
- Previous hands-on experience in a printing, branding, or manufacturing environment is a distinct advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to handle production equipment and execute manual tasks with precision.
- Strong attention to detail, good time management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proximity to our Benin City office will be considered a significant added advantage.
