We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Security Officer (CSO) to oversee the overall security, safety, and protection of our personnel, guests, assets, facilities, and operations. In this strategic role, you will maintain a safe, secure, and controlled environment by collaborating closely with management, human resources, and external law enforcement agencies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive security policies, procedures, and loss prevention measures across all company facilities.
- Supervise security personnel, manage deployment schedules, and monitor staff performance, discipline, and appearance.
- Oversee daily access control operations, visitor verification, and the secure issuance of credentials and keys.
- Monitor CCTV and surveillance systems, reviewing footage for suspicious activities and maintaining incident logs.
- Respond promptly to security breaches, conduct thorough investigations, and liaise with law enforcement agencies when necessary.
- Conduct regular security risk assessments, facility patrols, and safety drills to ensure emergency preparedness.
- B.Sc/HND in Security Management, Criminology, Sociology, Public Administration, Law, or a related discipline.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant security operations and management experience, with a strong background in supervision.
- Prior experience in the military, police, paramilitary, or corporate security sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in access control, CCTV monitoring, crisis management, and incident investigation.
