About the Role
Sales Force Consulting is currently recruiting a dynamic and experienced Production Superintendent to lead our manufacturing operations. In this critical role, you will oversee our plastic injection molding, blow molding, and foam insulation assembly lines, ensuring optimal operational efficiency, strict quality control, and adherence to safety standards across all shifts.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor plastic injection molding, blow molding, and foam insulation assembly lines for coolers and flasks.
- Establish, monitor, and adjust critical machine parameters including temperature, pressure, and cooling time.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and optimize raw material usage such as PP, HDPE, and PU foam.
- Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate shift supervisors, machine operators, and assembly staff.
- Coordinate routine and emergency maintenance for extrusion and injection molding equipment to minimize downtime.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, environmental, and workplace safety regulations on the factory floor.
- Troubleshoot system failures and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive top-line and bottom-line growth.
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Engineering or Natural Sciences.
- Relevant higher certifications and professional qualifications will be an advantage.
- Minimum of 8 years of practical production experience, with at least 5 years specifically gained in plastics manufacturing companies.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and work independently with minimal supervision.
