About the Role
ETL Engineering Services Limited, a leading indigenous EPCIM company specializing in industrial automation, electrical power engineering, and equipment maintenance, is seeking a dynamic Production Supervisor. In this role, you will oversee daily manufacturing and assembly operations, ensuring high productivity, strict safety compliance, and top-tier product quality within our fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily production and assembly activities to ensure targets are consistently met.
- Coordinate production teams effectively and allocate manpower based on project demands.
- Monitor production output, identify bottlenecks, defects, and downtime, and implement improvement opportunities.
- Ensure proper assembly of freezer and refrigeration components according to strict technical specifications.
- Ensure strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and HSE safety requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Quality Control and Maintenance teams to resolve operational issues swiftly.
- Monitor the availability and appropriate use of materials, tools, and equipment on the shop floor.
- Train, coach, evaluate, and supervise production staff to drive performance and professional growth.
- Maintain accurate production records, logs, and operational reports.
- Promote proper housekeeping and 5S workplace practices across the facility.
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical / Electronics Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in freezer, refrigerator, or home appliance manufacturing and assembly.
- Strong working knowledge of production processes, process control, and team supervision.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, and team-management skills.
- Hands-on experience in production line supervision, component assembly and testing, quality inspection, and defect analysis.
