We are currently looking for a talented and driven Production Supervisor to join our growing workshop in Nigeria and help us elevate our garment manufacturing operations to new heights.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the entire garment production process from initial cutting and sewing stages until delivery to the Quality Control Officer.
- Ensure all garments strictly follow approved designs, precise measurements, designated materials, and strict production timelines.
- Identify potential operational bottlenecks, material shortages, or quality issues early and resolve them proactively.
- Coordinate daily workflow among tailors, machinists, and assistants to maintain high productivity and efficiency.
- Manage multiple fashion orders simultaneously without compromising the attention to detail expected from a luxury brand.
- Proven working experience as a Production Supervisor, Tailoring Supervisor, or similar role within the Nigerian fashion and garment manufacturing industry.
- Deep, practical knowledge of advanced garment construction, luxury production techniques, and fabric handling.
- Strong leadership, supervisory, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team of creative artisans.
- Exceptional organizational skills, strict attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively under tight deadlines.
- Relevant certification or training in fashion design, garment production, or a related field is a distinct advantage.
