About the Role
Reliable Steel & Plastic Ind. Ltd. has been a trusted leader in manufacturing since 1998, delivering top-quality products entirely in-house. We are currently looking for a dynamic, hands-on Production Superintendent to coordinate and oversee our daily production activities, ensure output targets are met, and maintain our high standards of operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and supervise daily production activities across assigned manufacturing sections.
- Ensure production targets are clearly communicated, monitored, and successfully achieved.
- Supervise operators and production personnel to guarantee optimal individual and team performance.
- Manage manpower allocation, machine utilization, and general workflow on the factory floor.
- Track daily production output, machine downtime, material usage, and rejection rates.
- Collaborate closely with Maintenance and Quality Control teams to minimize defects and equipment downtime.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety standards, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend practical, data-driven solutions for continuous improvement.
- Generate and submit regular reports on factory performance to senior management.
- B.Sc. or HND in Engineering, Production Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years of proven manufacturing experience, preferably within a fast-paced plant environment.
- Demonstrated experience in plastic manufacturing, specifically injection moulding or blow moulding, is a distinct advantage.
- Strong background in production planning, shift scheduling, and manpower management.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills with a hands-on approach.
