Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily production activities and lead production personnel to achieve operational excellence.
- Ensure production targets, strict quality standards, and delivery schedules are consistently met.
- Monitor active production processes and resolve operational bottlenecks promptly.
- Coordinate necessary manpower, heavy equipment, and raw materials required for seamless production.
- Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations, company policies, and statutory procedures.
- Monitor equipment performance closely and report proactive maintenance requirements to the engineering team.
- Prepare comprehensive production reports and deliver progress updates to senior management.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional production teams to continuously improve productivity and efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Engineering, Manufacturing, Production Management, or a related technical discipline.
- 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in production or operations supervision within an industrial, manufacturing, or oil and gas environment.
- Comprehensive understanding of modern production workflows, machinery, and stringent HSE requirements.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven capability to work effectively under pressure and manage diverse production teams in a dynamic setting.
